We have designated weeks that visitors are allowed to watch the classes. Those weeks for the 2019/2020 season are the week of September 26th, November 4th, February 3rd. During the season we do not have open classes so that the dancers are allowed to flourish and learn without pressure. Extra people in the room often are more of a distraction to both the dancers and teachers.

Yes! We want to ensure everyone has time with their families during the holidays.

Here are the NO CLASS dates to remember for the 2019/2020 season:

  • Labor Day, Monday September 7th
  • Halloween, Saturday October 31st
  • Thanksgiving Break, November 23-29
  • Winter Break, December 21st- January 3rd
  • Presidents Day, Monday February 15th
  • Spring Break, March 15th-21st

As a reminder, WE DO HAVE CLASSES on MLK Day, Monday January 18, all classes will be held at The Community Center. SouthWest Building will be closed.

Please keep an eye on the calendar for any additional changes

It’s important for dancers to attend each class since we build on techniques each week. As the recital approaches, it’s imperative each dancer is present so full dances can be practiced. Please see your teacher for an option that may be available as a make up class.

Class tuition is per dance year (end August/Sept – mid May) and divided into 9 equal payments from August/Sept – May. The payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments for class tuition is paid to the City of Largo and can be paid at the front desk. Late fees of $10 per dancer per class if not paid by the 7th of the month if your account is not up to date.

Hello Ms Debbie , I just wanted to take a minute to say how wonderful the classes were last night that Ava took! She learned more last night than she has in the two years she has been taking dance elsewhere and the teachers and the helpers were all wonderful with kids!!

She was SO happy last night after her classes she said she can’t wait to go back!

Thank you!

First Time Parent

My 9-year old daughter is (was) very shy, so much so that when I used to introduce her to new people she stood behind me. Her world (and ours) changed when she attended  a Tutterow Dancers summer camp with the City of Largo. For the first time EVER she was excited and passionate about something. Summer camp then led to dance classes… and here we are almost 1 year later.

Tutterow has ignited a true “spark.” We noticed almost immediately changes in her personality and talking nonstop when we picked her up.  The support structure that is provided and the sense of belonging that my daughter has as part of a larger group is great as well, but more importantly to us, her individual personality came out. She is a changed person for the better.

This is a little overdue, and I’m sorry about that but as I’m packing for college I’m looking at my dance pictures and Tutterow gear. I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am that you and everyone else was so welcoming to me this past year. Without dance, my senior year would have not been nearly as great as it was and dancing with Tutterow made it close to perfect!

I have never felt more welcomed or a part of a family at any other studio. So thank you so much and I will definitely be back to visit!
